Digital Content & Videography Intern

About Us: DecentraSec is a fast-growing, MoITT-backed deep-tech startup. We are the team behind ScholarMark—Pakistan's first decentralized, AI-powered research integrity platform. We are building enterprise-grade infrastructure that secures intellectual property for the global academic community.

The Role: We are not looking for a traditional, desk-bound corporate editor. We are looking for a hungry, dynamic creator to become the visual storyteller for our startup's journey. You will divide your time between managing ScholarMark’s official brand presence and building a high-impact personal branding channel focused on startup education and entrepreneurial hustle.

If you know your way around video editing, have an eye for premium aesthetics, and want a front-row seat to how a tech company is actually built, this is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Event Coverage & Field Production: Travel with the founding team to tech summits, academic conferences, and hackathons. You will capture the on-the-ground hustle, behind-the-scenes meetings, and live pitches.

• Founder Branding & Startup Education: Help launch and run a dedicated channel focused on entrepreneurship and tech leadership. You will film, edit, and distribute teaching content, capturing insights from a CEO who has been engineering high-concurrency systems for a decade and scaling an award-winning startup.

• Premium Social Media Management: Translate complex deep-tech concepts into sharp, high-converting content for ScholarMark’s official LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. You will maintain our minimalist, "dark-mode SaaS" visual identity.

• Continuous Learning: Experiment with new formats, editing styles, and AI video tools to keep our content cutting-edge.

What We Are Looking For:

• You have a solid baseline in video creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and a massive appetite to learn and improve.

• You consume startup content, podcasts, and entrepreneurial videos, and understand how to edit for pacing, retention, and impact.

• You are comfortable shooting on the go with a smartphone or camera.

• A proactive, self-taught mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table.

• Currently in university or a recent graduate with a portfolio/social feed demonstrating your visual style.
